The Foundation
The Hastings Boys’ High School Foundation was established in the year 2000. Its purpose is to provide financial support for fostering the education of the students at the school within the core values of the school. This includes financial support for learning, teaching, leadership programmes, scholarship awards, professional development, specialist equipment and resources, and capital improvements to Hastings Boys’ High School.
The vision of the Foundation is to uphold the history and traditions of Hastings Boys’ High School (120 years old in 2024) into the future. Your gift will ensure you become part of this vision for all time.
The Foundation is the charitable entity of the school. It is a registered charitable trust (NZBN: 9429043065219) through which funds can and are distributed for the purposes mentioned above. Income is derived from the returns on donations and gifts to the Foundation.
Your generous funding contribution – donation/gift will be managed by the Foundation’s Trustees in accordance with best ethical investment practice.
