Mr Ross Pinkham

Ross' professional background is marked by a distinguished career with the New Zealand Police, where he served from 1970 to 2012. He achieved the designation of Detective in 1975 and held this position until his retirement. From 1991 to 2012, Ross served as a Detective Inspector. His roles included Crime Services Manager for Hawke's Bay from 1991 to 1998, Police Attaché at the New Zealand Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand, from 1998 to 2003, Crime Services Manager for Southern District in Dunedin from 2003 to 2010, and Crime Services Manager for Eastern District in Napier from 2010 to 2012.
Currently, Ross is a retired Police Officer and actively serves on the District Licensing Committee for both Napier City Council and Wairoa District Council. He is also a Trustee for the Rotary Pathways Trust, Camp Kaitawa Trust, and on the Committee of the Hastings Boys' High School Old Boys' Association. In addition, Ross holds several roles within Rotary District 9930.
In his spare time, Ross enjoys cycling, swimming, and travel. He is a dedicated Rotarian and is passionate about the environment.
