Wayne holds a BBS in Business Law, a Diploma in Business Studies (Local Government Management), a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Internal Auditing), a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking, and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA). His career spans local government, rural supplies, central government, banking, public transport, and recruitment consulting. Wayne has extensive experience in team management, supervision, accounting, internal audit, quality assurance, and business development.
He is currently the Wellington Training Manager for a large bus company, providing public transport services in Wellington.
In his free time, Wayne enjoys rugby, golf, going to the gym, reading military history, DIY projects, cooking, and spending time in the garden. He is also passionate about the HBHS Foundation, Hastings Boys' High School, and his work.
